The Stanley Edwards Group, which the source said managed $300 million in assets, is led by R. Mitch Edwards and Jeffrey D. Stanley, according to an announcement. They joined UBS in Cincinnati, Ohio, with client associate Erin Purcell.

RBC Wealth Management-U.S. has wrestled another team from UBS Wealth Management USA and on Friday hired a group that managed $770 million in client assets in Upstate New York.

Peter C. Laidlaw, who a source said produced $4.1 million in annual revenue, joined Merrill’s private wealth unit on Monday. He reports to Regional Managing Director Tracy Murphy, who leads the Private Wealth West market, according to the spokesperson.

he Soteris Private Wealth team is led by Joshua Erickson and Robert Montierth, according to the announcement. The Walnut Creek-based team also includes junior broker Philip Gomez and support staff Ashley Marcelino and Rachel Erickson, Josh’s wife. They produced $4.5 million in annual revenue, Joshua Erickson confirmed.
