The group managed $1.3 billion in assets at Merrill and is led by 38-year industry veteran James P. Hart, according to an announcement. It also includes Emily Hoag, Natalie Squillace, and James’ son, Nolan, according to an announcement. The team focuses on athletes and entertainers and moved along with client associate Lynda Ott Von Jaeger, UBS said.
