Matthew P. MacMichael, Sr., who had been leading Merrill’s five-office “Evergreen Market” from the wealthy Seattle enclave of Bellevue since April 2018, is teaming up with a former colleague, ex-Merrill superstar Phil Scott, according to three sources familiar with the move.

The five-person group is led by 16-year industry veteran Jannah Devine and 22-year industry vetern Stefan W. Oglevee, according to their BrokerCheck records. The two, along with Oglevee’s son, Stefan “Max” Oglevee, had generated $3.6 million in annual revenue on $550 million in client assets, the source said
